2020 marks PHM’s fourth inclusion in the Ad Age rankings
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 13, 2020 – Ad Age today announced that Publicis Health Media earned 16th place on the publication’s annual Best Places to Work list, among 25 companies with 201 or more employees. PHM is one of only five media agencies to make the 2020 list, which is dominated by traditional ad and digital agencies.

Ad Age Best Places to Work honors the top 50 companies that are quantifiably ahead of the pack when it comes to factors that matter. The scoring system considers six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, employee development, company environment, employee engagement and employee perks.
Top areas of satisfaction for PHM employees include generous employee benefits and paid time off; an outstanding company culture and organized community giving opportunities through #PHMLove; ample training and employee development opportunities; and a collaborative team environment championed by a supportive leadership team.

Ad Age produced Best Places to Work in partnership with Latitude Research, a market research firm. Ad Age’s scoring system factored in the importance of six key satisfaction areas, an aggregate of each company’s ratings in those key areas and a collective workplace rating to arrive at an overall score.
