Feel the #PHMLove

PHM teams have a diversity of backgrounds and experience that help us bring unique and informed perspectives to our clients’ business challenges. As one of the best places to work in our industry, we keep the love going with a strong commitment to our people and the causes we hold dear. That’s what we call #PHMLove.

A Platform for Good

Our hashtag developed organically to celebrate our agency culture. Over the years, it has served as a rallying cry, a sign-off, and a way of showing our love to one another. There is a whole lot of #PHMLove at our agency, and as the initiative has grown to also encompass an annual #PHMLove partnership, we now share that love with organizations outside of PHM whose mission and values matter to us.

Our #PHMLove Partnership

PHM and Digitas Health teamed up with F*ck Cancer, a non-profit advocacy group dedicated to the prevention of cancer, on a multi-platform awareness campaign to educate young people on the importance of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination. Part of PHM’s #PHMLove for Good social impact initiative, the two Publicis Groupe agencies partnered to bring awareness to the effects of HPV.

The CDC estimates that 85% of people will get an HPV infection in their lifetime. Traditional HPV campaigns have been targeted towards parents, urging them to vaccinate their children. However, our HPV F*cks Everybody campaign targets Gen Z–people between the ages of 18-26–to encourage them to take control of their health now, not later. HPV doesn’t discriminate, and getting the vaccine is one small way that Gen Z can assume authority over their future.

Causes We Support

Giving back is central to PHM’s culture. Through our annual Community Service Day, we partner with a local school or nonprofit organization for a full day of upgrading and beautifying facilities, as well as hosting activities for the local community. It is an opportunity for our people to get out of the office and make a real difference in our communities.

Additionally, our Volunteer Day benefit allows employees to take one paid day annually to volunteer with an organization of their choosing.

Beyond volunteering, PHM has committed to supporting education and development opportunities for young professionals who hail from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented communities.

The PHM HBCU Endowment Network is a growing list of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in proximity to our office locations that receive annual endowment funds to support Black college students in media-related majors.

We also maintain partnerships with The Boyd Initiative, an organization that helps young Black professionals discover and start successful careers in Advertising and Media, and The FIVE Network, an organization that builds powerful mentor networks for talented diverse future stars from underrepresented communities.
