Jenn Renoe, Associate Media Director at PHM, discusses her experiences being out at work and advice for young LGBTQ+ employees that are navigating the workplace for the first time.

Many LGBTQ+ college graduates fear being forced back into hiding by work environments that will not accept them. Jenn provides a necessary point of view on how to live authentically while at work and be successful, no matter what path you choose: “Closets are great at storing our wardrobes. Closets aren’t great for storing who we are.”
