Job Description
The Senior Associate, Business Development supports the development of pitch materials and communications contributing to new and organic business acquisition. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to share ideas and ask questions within a collaborative and agile environment. You will report to the Manager, Business Development.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. This job is open to candidates who are willing to work out of our Philadelphia, Chicago, or New York offices.
Responsibilities:
Business Communications:
- Draft and articulate internal and external business communications, including RFI/RFP responses, letters, and pitch/client documents.
- Identify and summarize "big picture" insights from research to develop compelling content and materials.
- Use knowledge of PHM's brand positioning and credentials in all communications.
Management:
- Manage communication between partners, departments, and agencies.
- Coordinate project and pitch logistics, including travel arrangements and pitch collateral.
Creative Development:
- Brainstorm, spec, and create unique pitch elements such as custom materials and presentations.
- Develop relevant case studies to support pitches and proposals.
Organizational Support:
- Manage new business inventory, including agency-branded items and gifts.
- Maintain Publicis Media information in Salesforce and agency databases.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Help prepare marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Help develop and execute client engagement plans and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an agency, media, or direct marketing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and formatting decks and presentations).
- The ability to develop strategic communications.
- Project management skills.
- Innovative and collaborative.

Compensation Range: $56,500- $70,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
