Job Description

Manage daily tactical plan needs. Develop relationships with internal & external media partners. Plan and direct media programs for clients. The goal for this role is to develop multi-channel, healthcare media plans while promoting media partnerships to expand marketplace skills.

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
  • Understanding of client's business and goals
  • Understanding of how client goals translate into media investment and management strategies
  • Understanding of the planning process
  • Understanding of the media marketplace and partner landscape

Day-to-Day

  • Oversees the daily execution of Partner Direct team tasks
  • Responsible for leading media planning process - team adherence to timelines, ensure partner recommendations ladder up to media strategies
  • Responsible for leading tactical plan presentation with client teams
  • Responsible for leading rate negotiations
  • Responsible for developing POV's on new partners and media offerings

 

Internal + External Relationships

  • Responsible for developing talent, delegating, and ensuring teams are working smoothly
  • Responsible for managing team assignments
  • Provide clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization, and measures of success to all partners
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Provide expertise and share knowledge with junior team members
  • Deliver constructive, relevant feedback to team
  • Begin to develop working relationships with client contacts
  • Continue to develop relationships with media partners
  • Collaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teams
  • Continue to develop relationships with Groupe teams, such as APEX and PMX
  • Able to navigate proper support for planning systems and tools
  • Contribute to new business efforts

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Pharma Experience
  • Expertise in 4+ channels, audiences, and campaign types:
  • Digital - Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio - Terrestrial & Streaming, Print, OOH, HCP, and Payer/Managed Markets
  • Experience writing presentations, creative briefs, summaries of industry news and POVs
  • Client relationship skills; ability to think from a client's perspective
  • Ability to translate concepts into applicable media plans

Compensation Range:  $73,500 - $115,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
