The courage of a lion. The eager beaver. The wise owl. The monkey off your back.
Our PHM Town Hall Awards recognize individuals who rise to challenges and demonstrate exceptional qualities: leadership outside of the comfort zone, enthusiasm and commitment, creative problem-solving, resolve to figure out solutions. They are the kinds of colleagues any of us would want to have on our team.
In honor of their efforts, we’d like to give a shout-out to our Q1 2019 winners:
DeVaun Brown worked tirelessly over the holiday break to launch nearly a dozen new campaigns, including six for a new PHM client.
Stephen Geary developed a comprehensive programmatic budget QA process that has greatly assisted his team.
Finding her team unexpectedly down a resource, Amanda Patti stepped up to take the lead on moving several major business analytics projects forward for her client.
In just his first six months at PHM, Mike Lanza implemented several new processes for our Business Intelligence team that have automated efforts and greatly increased efficiencies across our client roster.
A hard worker who always is willing to help her team, Kennedy Moser steadily pushed through preparations for a new product launch.
Elise Melconian demonstrated exceptional dedication to her client work, simultaneously managing 2018 deliverables while also onboarding and collaborating with new team members to develop 2019 tactical media recommendations for her client.
Carly Warner steadfastly led development of tactical recommendations for her client through time of transition for her media team.
Every office relocation comes with unexpected challenges, and our New York move uptown was no exception. Tumbling temperatures, furniture fiascos, meeting room mayhem, bathroom breakdowns: Dennise Araya’s proactive, hands-on approach helped our team thrive through it all.
Erin Frey routinely takes on fresh challenges, both big and small. She is one of the first to volunteer her help and consistently brings a fresh, positive perspective to her work.
Monica Gerber spearheads action items with a can-do attitude, even when not having all of the pieces of the puzzle figured out. Her example bolsters her entire team’s confident in meeting deadlines and producing excellent work.
Sam Dada learned and implemented three different new vendor processes while simultaneously putting in a great deal of hard work ahead of a new brand launch for her client.
Collaborating across several internal teams, Justin Sanchez wasted no time making an impact at PHM when he led efforts to revamp and adjust a critical social tagging process for his client.
Congratulations again to this fantastic group of individuals. We are so happy to have you.
