Our PHM Town Hall Awards recognize individuals who rise to challenges and demonstrate exceptional qualities: leadership outside of the comfort zone, enthusiasm and commitment, creative problem-solving, resolve to figure out solutions. They are the kinds of colleagues any of us would want to have on our team.

DeVaun Brown worked tirelessly over the holiday break to launch nearly a dozen new campaigns, including six for a new PHM client.
Stephen Geary developed a comprehensive programmatic budget QA process that has greatly assisted his team.
Finding her team unexpectedly down a resource, Amanda Patti stepped up to take the lead on moving several major business analytics projects forward for her client.
In just his first six months at PHM, Mike Lanza implemented several new processes for our Business Intelligence team that have automated efforts and greatly increased efficiencies across our client roster.

Every office relocation comes with unexpected challenges, and our New York move uptown was no exception. Tumbling temperatures, furniture fiascos, meeting room mayhem, bathroom breakdowns: Dennise Araya’s proactive, hands-on approach helped our team thrive through it all.
Erin Frey routinely takes on fresh challenges, both big and small. She is one of the first to volunteer her help and consistently brings a fresh, positive perspective to her work.
