Job Description
The Vice President, CX (Customer Experience) defines team direction and ensures that all projects and work efforts are tied to clients' needs and strategic drivers. You will provide functional management for Insights and Strategy, collaborate on a cross-functional capability leadership team, ensure every brand plan is built on insight, and develop an impactful strategy to deliver desired goals.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge
- Navigate "gray areas," think creatively about the content and media experience and help the Planning team maintain focus on the critical tasks to build media plans that are effective in meeting goals.
- Guide the campaign strategic vision to achieve the communication goals.
- Evaluate work quickly, diagnose and advise on making it better.
- Understand qualitative and quantitative business information used by clients in their daily activities.
- Experienced in Rx media planning and buying processes, theories, and approaches and campaign analytics
- In-depth understanding of the HCP and DTC omni-channel landscape
- Deep comprehension of media research platforms and resources
Manage and Lead others:
- You will maintain a high level of collaboration with the brand and insights teams, internal and external media planning leads, and the data translation team.
- You will navigate complicated multifunctional agency teams and client relationships; have the expectation and authority to deliver and substantiate recommendations to both internal and external audiences.
- You will demonstrate cross-functional collaboration and co-creation of ideas with clients, colleagues, and other third-party agency partners, with the ability to understand when to "push" and when to compromise.
- You will inspire creativity and a Thought Leadership agenda both as a new business asset but equally within the agency to guide modern marketing solutions for our clients.
- you will apply your experience to promote strategic thinking across the portfolio and set appropriate learning agenda elements
- You will analyze client's audience strategies and work with internal groups to lead business case development.
- You will provide vision, direction, management, and support to individuals within the team to ensure their work aligns with our goals.
Growth and Business Support:
- Assist Business Development and participate in the pitch process
- Develop companywide resources (eg. POVs, Media landscape presentations, training, and workshops)
- Continue to evolve and improve the Planning Process and support for teams
- Facilitate internal and client workshops and brainstorms with energy that promotes desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- 12+ years media advertising experience
- Pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Health or CPG experience
- Experience leading people and projects
- Story telling skills with a commitment to work on this craft that requires creativity and vision.
- PowerPoint and excel skills
- media systems, tools, and resources (Mintel, Informa, Kantar, MRI/MARS, etc.)

Compensation Range: $121,000 - $175,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, we will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
